About Eric Levine
Eric Levine’s practice encompasses a wide range of complex business transactions, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Eric has worked extensively with clients in the life sciences, technology, healthcare and telecommunications industries, as well as with private equity funds and their portfolio companies in M&A, corporate venture financings, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Eric also has experience representing issuers and underwriters with respect to debt and equity financings, public offerings, securities law compliance and reporting and corporate governance matters. Eric spent three years in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices of Sidley Austin, during which time he gained significant experience working on a range of cross-border capital markets and corporate transactions throughout Asia.
