At Grosvenor, he was responsible for a 20-year, 20-acre £2.0BN masterplan for Belgravia. Additionally, he worked on the award-winning Clapham Library public-private partnership project and is currently seconded into Birmingham City Council to provide development and commercial direction on the Perry Barr Regeneration Scheme, involving approximately 1,000 homes.
