He managed the delivery of the HS2 phase 2a hybrid Bill, coordinating the work of over 980 individuals. He is currently handling the HS2 phase 2b lot 3 design and assessment processes and overseeing the ERD value engineering exercises. Additionally, he coordinated the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Heathrow western access rail project and acted as the EIA Coordinator for the A14 road infrastructure project.
