She then moved to Arup in Sydney, New South Wales, where she served as a Geotechnical Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Following this, she had a short stint at Robert Carr and Associates in Newcastle, working as a Geotechnical Engineer for three months.

Jillian Bardos earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing her studies from 2005 to 2010. Her academic background laid the foundation for her extensive career in geotechnical engineering and infrastructure projects.
