Kerry O'Loughlin serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager for the UK, India, Middle East, and Africa at Arup. Since 2019, Kerry has been pivotal in providing EDI subject matter expertise and advice to regional stakeholders. In this role, she also develops collaborative and strategic EDI partnerships with clients on various projects, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded in organizational culture.
Experience at the House of Commons
Before joining Arup, Kerry worked at the House of Commons. From 2018 to 2019, she served as the Inclusion Lead & Projects. Prior to that, she held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Manager from 2014 to 2018. During her tenure, Kerry managed diversity and inclusion initiatives, positively impacting the workplace culture and policies within the House of Commons.
Previous HR Roles
Kerry has substantial experience in HR roles. She worked as an HR Advisor at Weber Shandwick for one year (2013-2014) and as a Group HR Assistant at Argonon for nine months (2012-2013). She also served as an HR Administrator at Ipsos MORI for a year (2011-2012) and started her career in a sales support/customer service role at BT from 2008 to 2011 in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Education and Qualifications
Kerry O'Loughlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Liverpool (2006-2008), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University (2013-2014), and a PRINCE2 Project Management certification from Knowledge Academy (2018). Additionally, she holds a CIPD qualification, indicating a recognized level of expertise in human resources and people development.
