Guy Kaplinsky serves as the Co-founder and CEO of ASKA, a role he has held since 2018. Under his leadership, ASKA has made significant strides in the development of the ASKA™ flying car. He oversaw over 500 miles of road testing, demonstrating the vehicle's viability as a dual-mode transportation solution. Kaplinsky has also led the company to achieve FAA Special Airworthiness Certification for the ASKA™ A5, a key milestone in the advancement of drive-and-fly electric vehicles. His current focus includes performing successful flight testing for the ASKA™ A5, which began in June 2023, showcasing its vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) and short takeoff and landing (STOL) capabilities.

Before his tenure at ASKA, Guy Kaplinsky founded and served as CEO of IQP Corporation from 2012 to 2017, operating across Japan, the USA, and Israel. His leadership led to the successful acquisition of IQP Corporation by GE in 2017. Prior to this, he worked at GE Digital as Vice President of Digital Product Management for 11 months in 2017-2018. He also held an executive position at Nissho Iwai Corporation from 1998 to 2002 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Kaplinsky's diverse experience spans multiple countries and industries, contributing to his expertise in technology and product development.
