About Taylor Ogden, Pmp
Currently working as Scheduled Down Project Lead. This involves Gap Analysis (Manpower, Skills, Parts/Tools, Customer preparation, etc.) and developing improvement plans to manage and or mitigate those gaps. Since 2017 I have been part of a team identifying office processes, documenting them and rolling out standardized ways of working within our local CS organization. In my previous role as a Customer Support Supervisor, I worked with the daily management of my team. I have had as many as 19 direct reports at any given time. Duties included: performance appraisals, manpower budgeting and staffing needs, engineer utilization management, parts usage reports, system Uptime reporting and contractual obligations, time off management, and general HR policy enforcement. Additionally I interfaced regularly with our external customers regarding system performance and repair activities. I enjoy traveling and have traveled to Europe, Asia and throughout the US working on specialized projects and for general office/management support. On many occasions when ASML was opening a new office (within the US and also Europe), I was part of a team that went to the location and helped get things up and running. On these assignments I helped establish an initial support plan with the customer, screening job applicants, finding an office location and support services (phone/utilities, cleaning services, etc) and getting the new local organization going. Over the years since the offices were originally opened, I have traveled back to each those offices later for management support when needed. I also enjoy working on and or managing large scale projects and like training others on new ways of working and SW program use, system integration/Fab start up and/or shut down plans, etc. Specialties: Business Management, Project Management, Customer Support/Account Management, Presentation Generation and Delivery for Internal and External Customers, Training Employees,
