During his three years in this role, he operated in the New Delhi area, where he gained valuable experience in sales and customer relations. His tenure at Kirloskar Electric involved integrating development units from acquired entities in Poland and India into the Development Business Unit.
Education and Qualifications
Aju Mathew has a strong educational background in engineering and computing. He earned a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, completing his studies from 1994 to 1998. He also achieved a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Noida in 2001. Earlier, he studied at Mar Thoma Residential School, where he completed his ISC/ICSE from 1989 to 1994, and at the International Indian School Dammam, where he completed his CBSE (Elementary) education from 1982 to 1989.

In his current role, Aju Mathew has successfully expanded the Enterprise Solutions Service line from 120 to over 200 members, specializing in four distinct practices. He transformed a small C/C++ team into a cross-technology skilled team of over 200 members within six years. His leadership extends to managing practices in .NET, Java, LAMP, Mobility, Cloud, and other technologies within the Software & Hi-Tech vertical.
