Rafał Kozłowski Professional Experience
Rafał Kozłowski currently serves as the President of the Management Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions. His professional journey began at Delta Software, where he held the role of Finance Director from 1996 to 1998. Following that, Kozłowski worked at Veraudyt as a Senior Manager until 2003. He later joined Softbank as the Director of the Treasury Division, serving from 2004 to 2006. During this time, he also assumed the position of Vice President responsible for finance at Sawan, a subsidiary of Softbank. Kozłowski continued his career at Asseco Poland, first as Director of Controlling and Investment Division from 2007 to June 2009, then as Vice President of Asseco South Eastern Europe from 2008 to 2012.

Rafał Kozłowski graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Organization and Management, with a Master's degree in 1998. He further enhanced his qualifications by completing a project management course organized by PMI in 2004. Moreover, he completed a course on International Accounting Standards, organized by Ernst & Young Academy of Business between 2005 and 2006. His educational background and continuous training have equipped him with extensive knowledge in finance and management.
Rafał Kozłowski Roles in Asseco Group
Within the Asseco Group, Rafał Kozłowski has been entrusted with various significant roles. He has served as Vice President of Asseco South Eastern Europe from 2008 to 2012, where he was responsible for company finances. He played a direct role in the acquisition of companies that formed the Asseco South Eastern Europe holding and in the process of listing the holding on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From June 2012 to March 2021, Kozłowski held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. Currently, he functions as the Chief Financial Officer of the Asseco Group, overseeing the finances of the Group’s companies. He also holds positions as Member of the Management Board of Asseco International and Vice President of Asseco Western Europe and Park Wodny Sopot.
