His experience also includes roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals, Global Cashback Limited, Fresh Direct (UK), Sauflon Pharmaceuticals, Fowler Group, I-CAN, River Traders Ltd, Jawer Trust, and La Gaitana (UK), where he held various financial and managerial positions.
Educational Background
Andres Gaviria has an extensive educational background with several executive programs to his credit. He completed the CFO Programme at London Business School in 2022 and an Executive program in Organizational Leadership at the same institution in 2019. Additionally, he achieved an Executive program in Strategic Decision Making at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2018. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidad de Los Andes, obtained between 1993 and 1997. He is also a Qualified Management Accountant, certified by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

In his current role, Andres Gaviria presents regional financial planning and analysis strategies to the Global CFO, which includes financial plans, annual budgets, headcounts, cost structures, audit governance, and FCA compliance. He leads the strategic corporate finance for a multi-year regional business plan at Asurion, an industry-leading privately-owned technology and insurance provider. His responsibilities include aligning regional financial and commercial strategy with the wider global corporate strategy in a regulated financial services environment, contributing to Asurion's $10 billion global turnover.
