Don led a digital transformation project at Asurion Korea, automating 90% of work processes to be conducted online. He also played a crucial role in building and leading a product and development team to develop, maintain, and operate a B2C platform for Asurion Korea. Additionally, he managed the annual IT budget and coordinated APAC system architecture designs.
