Jonathan Cardinelli completed his education in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at C.S.N., earning his Computer Science degree from 2014 to 2017. He has also achieved internal leadership certifications, including White, Yellow, and Green Belt Leadership Certifications. Moreover, he completed Pluma Executive Coaching Training program, a six-month specialized training.
Cofounding Serving Hope Las Vegas
Jonathan is the co-founder of Serving Hope Las Vegas, a non-profit organization focused on aiding the homeless community in Las Vegas. This initiative underscores his commitment to community service and his proactive stance toward social issues.
Global Contributions and Recognitions
Jonathan Cardinelli played a pivotal role as the Pride LGBTQ+ Global Co-Lead at Asurion, helping develop the Pride strategy and organizing Pride Festival activities in multiple cities. His excellence in this role earned him the WeseeU CommUnity Quarterly Award. Additionally, Jonathan received training as a Certified 'Agents of Shield' competency-based interviewer, and he traveled to Bogota, Colombia, to assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members, also establishing their training department.
