Current Role at ASUS
Mavis Liu serves as the Global E Commerce Lead within the Global E Commerce and Digital Marketing Team (G.E.M.) at ASUS. She has held this position since 2021 and has been instrumental in formulating global eCommerce strategies that integrate Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. Liu manages the brand e-shop with sales and P&L responsibilities across more than 40 markets globally. Additionally, she has developed omni-channel opportunities and new business models as part of ASUS's digital transformation project.
Previous Experience in E-Commerce
Mavis Liu has extensive experience in the e-commerce sector. She worked at tokichoi 東京著衣 as Regional Channel Manager for Southeast Asia from 2016 to 2017 and later as Director of eCommerce for the same company from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, she was a Manager in the E-commerce Unit at Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd in 2015. Liu also held roles at Taiwan Rakuten Ichiba Inc., where she served as an E-Commerce Consultant and Team Leader from 2011 to 2014.
Professional Background
Mavis Liu began her career at TSMC, where she worked as an HR Administrator from 2008 to 2010 and later as an HR Senior Administrator from 2010 to 2011. She transitioned into e-commerce roles, gaining significant experience in various managerial positions. Liu also served as Head of eCommerce for Lenovo Taiwan from 2018 to 2020, further enhancing her expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Educational Background
Mavis Liu holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from National Taiwan University, where she studied from 2004 to 2006. She also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Chung Cheng University, attending from 2000 to 2004.
