Whilst I have a few hats, each role I play has a trend; unpicking complexity - be that in data, AI or why gender equity is still not a thing. My corporate career has been Data & AI consultancy and I am passionate about technology solutions that make us work smarter, not harder. When I'm not at my desk, you will find me in salt water with a board on my feet, encouraging women to be bold and courageous. I lead the strategy, performance and growth of the AI and IOT Offering for Avanade UK & Ireland. Specialising in Data Science, Generative AI and Digital Twin Technology largely in energy and sustainability, I am focused on developing innovative solutions that address pressing environmental challenges. Through close collaboration with Avanade Europe, Accenture, Microsoft, and external partners, I shape our offerings to meet the specific demands of our clients, adapting to market pressures and delivering with value. I firmly believe in the power of diversity of thought and as an Executive and Performance Coach, I guide individuals and teams to access their full potential by thinking differently. Deeply committed to empowering women in sports and technology, fostering growth, and celebrating their achievements, I founded the globally recognised social enterprise for women, She Flies Extreme Sports. On or off the water, I am fascinated by peoples unique magic and to pave the way for compassion in corporate, I have an intimate, empathetic but frank style to leadership, coaching, as a facilitator and speaker.
