> My WHY? With technology offering incredible opportunities to drive human behaviour, it is essential that we create good design that changes human behaviour for the better. Doing so will lead to a human centric society where we use technology to empower what we do, and simply make life easier. > HOW am I trying to achieve this? In my career to date, I have strived to ensure that we, as a society, create human centric products and services. To do so, I have worked in User Experience roles as a designer and consultant, to work with clients to enhance the usability of their offerings. Within these roles, I have led user research, user journey mapping/personas, workshop facilitation, prototype designing and most recently, the agile delivery manager for the design phase of a wider platform implementation. When undertaking my role, I strive to advocate for accessible design to ensure inclusivity and a human first future. Additionally, I have gained 2x Salesforce Certifications and currently working towards Microsoft Certifications. Alongside my role in user experience, I am also passionate about all things property, fitness, travelling to new places and of course, my dog 😊
