Daiana Zanandrais currently serves as the Global Leader of Tech Talent Acquisition at Avenue Code, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she focuses on new business initiatives and expanding into new regions. She has played a significant role in establishing Avenue Code's presence in the Indian market and has been instrumental in expanding operations into the APAC market. Additionally, she oversees the delivery and maintenance of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and provides strategic support to the client service team by offering updated market scenarios and best practices during initial sales meetings.
Previous Experience in Talent Acquisition
Prior to her current role, Daiana worked at Avenue Code as an International Talent Acquisition Consultant from 2019 to 2021. She also gained experience as a Headhunter at Hub Talent for seven months in 2019 and completed an internship as a Headhunter at the same company from 2018 to 2019. Her background in talent acquisition has equipped her with the skills necessary to create and maintain sourcing and recruiting metrics, enhancing the efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
Educational Background
Daiana studied Psychology at Universidade FUMEC - Oficial from 2014 to 2018, earning her degree over four years. She also completed a specialization course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Ciclo CEAP (Centro de Estudos Avançados de Psicologia) in 2016. Earlier in her education, she studied Social Psychology at Machon L'Madrichei Chutz La'Aretz in 2012. This educational foundation supports her roles in both talent acquisition and clinical psychology.
Clinical Psychology Experience
Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Daiana worked as a Clinical Psychologist at Centro de Terapia Cognitiva from 2016 to 2018. This role allowed her to apply her psychological expertise in a clinical setting, contributing to her understanding of human behavior, which is beneficial in her current work in talent acquisition.
