She began as an Inside Sales Lead in Brazil in 2017, where she worked for eight months. Subsequently, she transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager in Brazil from 2018 to 2019. Michele then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, serving as Senior Client Success Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, she is the Regional Client Success Manager for the Northeastern region, a position she has held since 2022.
