I am a coach, teacher, and speaker with over 20 years of experience helping people and organizations learn more about the intersection of inspiring leadership and effective service and how they can leverage that to create better workplace and customer life. I am the author of the book The Uncomplicated Coach, which was written for busy managers who want to increase employee engagement and improve the customer experience. In previous lives, I have worked in frontline and management roles in both the retail and restaurant industries, as a school teacher, adjunct college faculty member, AV professional in the hospitality space, and leader of training and development for a large corporation.
