Dione Cotoco has held multiple roles at Avon prior to her current position. She worked as the Regional Brand Manager for Value Cosmetics from 2009 to 2013 in Shanghai, China, and then as the Regional Group Manager for Mass & Masstige Color Cosmetics from 2013 to 2016 in the Philippines. Additionally, she served as the APAC Category Head for Fragrance from 2016 to 2019 in Manila, and as Assistant Category Manager for the SEA cluster Skincare category from 2006 to 2007.

Before her tenure at Avon, Dione Cotoco worked at L'Oréal as a Junior Product Manager for Shu Uemura and Kiehl's from 2004 to 2006 in Manila, Philippines. In this role, she contributed to product management and marketing strategies for these prestigious brands, gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry.
