Before his current position, Maciej Kaniowski held several roles at Avon. He served as Vice President of Operations for Central Eastern Europe from 2020 to 2022 and as Executive Director of Supply Chain for Central Europe from 2019 to 2020. During his tenure, he implemented the #GameOn culture to foster high-performing teams within the supply chain operations. Additionally, he played a key role in the operational integration within Natura &Co, which includes brands like Natura, The Body Shop, Avon, and Aesop.
