About Andrew Bolton
For the past 6 years, I have been working for AWS, gaining an extensive portfolio of knowledge from Data Centre facility operations and infrastructure, network scaling, and project management. I am currently part of the UK-LDR team, where I am learning about cloud solutions and how to help customers with them every day. My friends and colleagues often describe me as a talkative person; however, my favorite part of conversation and my job is actually listening. I get to meet different people and learn something new every day. The topics of conversation range from opinions on the latest Marvel movie to business strategies and how organizations plan for their success, as well as any gaps they need help filling. I have seen first-hand how AWS puts customer obsession into practice. My team and I always start with the customer and work backwards. We strive to earn their trust, listen to their needs, and respect their pace. When they feel comfortable, we introduce them to our amazing team of account managers, solutions architects, and other personnel who are ready to help them succeed.
