I’ve been at Amazon for 15+ years with 20 years of industry experience. My business acumen, technical depth and entrepreneurial drive has allowed me to successfully play the role of a single threaded technical leader where I’ve owned product, program and engineering management, throughout most of my Amazon career. I’m known for my strong bias for action and ability to deliver results and have demonstrated a strong track record in pushing technical innovation at Amazon by often being the first to adopt new technologies and systems on Amazon. Lastly, I’m most proud of my strength as a manager and leader in building great teams through hiring exceptional talent, effective performance management and developing the team to shape a culture of fun and innovation within my organization that often span multiple geographies.
