About Will Shen
In every role, realizing that the most important resources are the minds and the hearts of the people who are working. I believe people should enjoy the company of their co-workers, be passionate about the effort they place into their work, and most importantly believe in the value of the work that they do. I try to live and breathe the idea of “kaizen” — constant and incremental improvement. I don’t believe in “perfection”, because it would be a static state. I know in my successes that there were few that didn’t include much learning from failed attempts, but Determination, Grit, and Relentlessness is what carries us through — Work is simply where our values and actions intersect.
