Additionally, he worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Partner at AXA XL for one year in Stamford, Connecticut, from 2019 to 2020.
Experience at AIA Philippines
Christopher began his career at AIA Philippines, where he worked as a Management Trainee from 2010 to 2011 in UN Avenue, Ermita, Manila. He later took on the role of Leadership and Talent Manager from 2011 to 2014 at AIA Philippines, located in Net Lima Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. His experience at AIA contributed to his expertise in talent management.
Educational Background
Christopher Destajo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, studying from 2006 to 2010. He also completed a Diploma in Industrial Relations at the same university from 2013 to 2014. His educational background provides a strong foundation for his work in talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Christopher attended Manila Science High School from 2002 to 2006. This early education laid the groundwork for his academic and professional pursuits in the field of business and economics.
