Franciele Ferreira serves as the Operations Manager GP Brazil and Global Programs Engagement Lead for Latin America at AXA XL, a division of AXA. She has held this position since 2021 in São Paulo, Brazil. In her role, she engages with multiple stakeholders to address internal and external queries and acts as a key escalation contact for insureds, brokers, and producing offices. Ferreira also contributes to the global boarding of Service Governance regarding the status of the region and collaborates on the implementation of agile approaches for incoming units.

Prior to her current role, Franciele Ferreira gained extensive experience in underwriting. She worked as a Property Underwriter at AXA XL for one month in 2019. Before that, she held the same position at HDI Global SE from 2013 to 2015 for two years. Additionally, she worked at XL Catlin as a Global Programs Underwriting Associate from 2015 to 2018, focusing on property, liability, and international financial lines. Her early career included a role as a Trainee in the Student Associated Program at AIG from 2010 to 2012.

Franciele Ferreira has a solid educational background in engineering and technology. She studied at Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC), where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Ciência e Tecnologia from 2007 to 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Produção e Gestão from 2007 to 2012. She furthered her education at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, obtaining a Master's degree in Engenharia e Gestão Industrial from 2012 to 2013.
