Short Bio: Alina Denis Jarjour is bilingual (English/Spanish) and serves as business attorney, ethics counsel, corporate compliance advisor/consultant, and educator in a variety of settings, including in the life sciences, healthcare, tech, financial services and telecommunications sectors; she handles and oversees US and international commercial transactions, risk management, privacy, employment, regulatory, public policy, ethics and compliance issues for various companies. In addition to being a private practitioner and consultant, Ms. Jarjour has served in executive‐level legal, operational and compliance roles within public and privately-held life sciences, telecommunications and technology companies.Ms. Jarjour speaks frequently on legal, public policy, regulatory, ethics and corporate compliance topics.
