About Laura Joubier
Trilingual Customer Retention Manager with experience in customer care and customer oriented communications. After years of experience taking direct care of customers as a customer service representative, I ave been developing strategies for Email marketing and Customer Retention management on bigger scales since 2021. My expertise and multilingual cultural background growing up across borders have allowed me to to bring a fresh perspective to daily challenges and always keep the customer in mind as I design communications strategies and for content and segmentation. In my capacity as Customer Retention Manager, I've learned to use CRM software such as Klaviyo and Emarsys as well as Tableau for performance monitoring. I have enjoyed the striking the balance between planning aheads and being responsive and quick when it comes to adjusting and updating email flows and based on results and monitoring customer life cycles. This has tapped right into my analytical and curious mind and lead me to reconnect with other hobbies and interest such as reading and exploring philosophy and cultural studies. Understanding "how people tick" has always been a fascinating thing to me, and I am now able to work it out daily. In the same vein, I am fascinated by languages and cultures and currently learning Portuguese, a language which has always interested me due to the variation it displays across the world.
