Additionally, she worked as a Key Relationship Manager in Treasury & Trade Services at Axis Bank from 2014 to 2015, and as a Servicing Manager at ICICI Bank from 2001 to 2003.

Soumya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She also achieved I.C.W.A.I (Inter) from The Institute Of Cost Accountants Of India and completed a Global Leadership & Strategy program at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Furthermore, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Bangalore University.
