Before joining BairesDev, Ann Fratti held several positions that contributed to her professional development. She worked as a Developer at Vantage Media for four months in 2013 in Guatemala. Additionally, she served as a Creative Director and Cofounder at Watson Books & Coffee from 2015 to 2018, and as a Frontend Developer at Telnet from 2018 to 2019. These roles allowed her to gain experience in product design and development, collaborating closely with product owners.
