With my professional experience at Bank of America, I’ve been extremely fortunate with opportunities that provided me the ability to work my way up from a front-line phone employee to having held Senior Leader positions with significant responsibility in mitigating losses and driving client experience. Throughout my tenure, I’ve led the efforts of individuals in both call center and production environments ranging up to 130 full-time employees with aggressive goals and deadlines. My personal mission is to continue to help develop and inspire others, enhance processes, and leave lasting impacts that will sustain well beyond my absence. I have strong operations and project management experience with focus on human resources and administration.
