Strategic Sales Planning and Implementation
John Quijano works closely with the Senior Director to develop territory plans and takes part in strategic sales planning, particularly for the West and South regions. He monitors sales to identify cycles where more pre- and post-sales resources are needed. Additionally, he directs and controls activities related to planning, staffing, and budgeting for Technical Resources within Barracuda.
