About Adam Fielding
Employed by Baxter as the automation software specialist responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting a new state of the art fully automated process line from solution creation through to product packaging within the pharmaceutical industry. I moved into my currently role after working in the plants control and automation department supporting existing manual and semiautomated process lines, utilities and security. Currently alongside this role I am studying towards MSc Technology Management, providing an insight into the skills and knowledge required to maintain, innovate and control advances in technology which can potentially benefit a business model through economical asset integrity, health and safety and process/energy efficiency. Previously employed by Proserv UK Ltd in their Applications department, developing technical control requirements for their subsea division. I hold a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Leicester with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Classification (2.1). I have also completed a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and worked in an industrial placement within the Defence industry for 9 months.
