I'm a corporate lawyer with thirty years of experience, and I've spent my career counseling high-growth technology companies on corporate and transactional matters, including advising on formation, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, crypto legal issues, corporate governance, and intellectual property licenses. I've done a bunch of IPOs, including for Beyond Meat and AvidXchange, and look forward to working as an advisor on more. I've worked with exciting startups like Bedrock Ocean, Loadsmart, Hungryroot and others. I've also been deeply involved in distributed ledger projects, including advising prominent platforms such as Hedera and Skale Networks on securities law compliance and funding.
