In the previous year, he served as Senior Director, Global Market Access, Emerging Markets, in New Jersey, USA. From 2014 to 2016, Roach was the Business Unit Director for Immunology, Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Janssen UK, based in High Wycombe. He also held positions as Brand Leader for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and as Director of New Product Commercialisation in Sydney. His early roles included Manager and Senior Manager for Corporate & Government Affairs.
