Prior to that, she held positions at Humana as an Operations Analyst/Tech Specialist from 2011 to 2016, and at Medpace as IT Support III from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, she worked at Robert Half Technology as Helpdesk at St. Elizabeth Hospital and as PC Support at Cintas, gaining valuable skills in technical support and operations management.
Education and Qualifications
Nicole Vockell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Electronic Networking from Eastern Kentucky University, where she studied from 2002 to 2006. This educational background provided her with foundational knowledge and skills in computer networking and technology, which she has applied throughout her career in various IT roles.
Volunteer Leadership and Community Involvement
Nicole has been actively involved in volunteer organizations, particularly as a leader in Give Back Cincinnati for the past eight years. She served as Membership Director on the executive board during 2016 and 2017, where she was responsible for creating budgets and projects for the organization. Her efforts focus on improving the communities of Cincinnati through various initiatives and promoting participation in volunteer activities using social media platforms.
