She worked at Sherwin-Williams as Director, Employee Relations and Safety from 2015 to 2016 and as Director of Human Resources for Architectural R&D from 2008 to 2015. Additionally, she served as Director of Global HR Operations during the Valspar Acquisition & Integration from 2016 to 2018. Prior to her tenure at Sherwin-Williams, she worked at The Timken Company as Principal Human Resources from 2004 to 2008 and at ABB as Human Resources from 2001 to 2004.
