Hurst then directed commodity procurement and risk management at Ralcorp Holdings before becoming the senior vice president of long-term planning at Post Holdings. At Post, she closely collaborated with the CEO and COO to facilitate its transformation into a diversified food holdings company following its spinoff from Ralcorp Holdings in 2012.
