Claudia has successfully led various initiatives that resulted in significant operational improvements. Notably, she increased manufacturing capacity by 20% and coating capacity by 45% for Sparkies through process automation and redesign. She also led the CASA project to improve the speed of the Halls packing machine across multiple countries in South America. Her efforts in continuous improvement have generated regional savings of approximately 4.5 million dollars annually across Berry Global plants in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
