Her early career includes a role as Production Manager at General Motors from 1997 to 2000 and as Operational Support Engineer at Draka Polymer Films from 2000 to 2002.
Education and Certifications
Latoya Hill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Central Michigan University. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. Additionally, she has pursued further education in quality management, studying Intermediate Nonwovens Training at North Carolina State University since 2017.
