He also served as Region Head for Greater China at SATS Ltd. from 2010 to 2016. His early career included a role as Manager in the Tourism Division at Workforce Singapore from 2004 to 2005.

During his tenure at SATS Ltd., Jeremy Yeo co-led project teams to conduct market and feasibility studies, due diligence processes, and deal negotiations in the Greater China region. He was instrumental in formulating and executing a joint venture with Wilmar (Yihai Kerry) to expand SATS's first non-aviation business in China, showcasing his ability to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
