In 2017, she interned at the Space Food Systems Lab at NASA's Johnson Space Center for two months. Additionally, she served as an R&D Intern at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in 2015. Sirven also held the position of Associate Product Development Manager at H-E-B for six months in 2020, where she contributed to product development initiatives.
