As a Design Thinking Coach I develop, organize and conduct creativity workshops to help companies to solve wicked problems and generate new ideas and human centered products, services and business models with an emphasis on the new chances and possibilities enabled by the Digital Transformation. As a core memeber of the Teaching Team and as a Design Thinking Coach at the University of St.Gallen, I guided several teams through the complete Design Thinking Process for challenges for companies like: Allianz, Swisscom, Helvetia. At Stanford University (Silicon Valley/California) it was an interesting experience to organize events like Design Thinking -workshop and -presentation and to co-innovate within the Design Thinking network together. My special skill is: Teaching people, who can not draw, how to sketch in minutes. Explain processes, ideas, complex stuff in simple, easy to understand quick sketches. I use this skill for graphic recording. Drawing -at the same time while listening- the speech into a "visual protocol". My vision is: Explore the potential and talent of each person in order that they get personal satisfaction and to create "dream teams", which are effective with an optimal output. I want to enable companies to use FUN and HAPPYNESS as a successfactor. My Life-Motto is: "1+1=3"
