Education and Academic Background
Cheaveang Pen earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from St. Olaf College, where he studied from 2012 to 2016. Training and Compliance Responsibilities
In his current role, Cheaveang Pen monitors and troubleshoots system interactions between Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure proper deployment of trainings. He generates and presents metrics reports to upper management and leadership teams, providing insights into training effectiveness. Cheaveang also provides audit support as a Training Subject Matter Expert and Document Facilitator for both internal and external audits, driving a culture of compliance among site users.
Quality System Management
Cheaveang Pen investigates and resolves Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Audit Observations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to human error and training.
