Current Role at AGC Networks and Black Box
Reeja Sujoy serves as the AVP and Head of SCM Global Operation at AGC Networks and Black Box Network Services. In this role, she is responsible for creating cohesive and well-structured supply chain plans across multiple regions, including MEA, APAC, US, and Africa. She oversees a comprehensive range of internal operational activities, which encompass supply chain management operations, purchasing, finance, backend processes, information systems, after-market services, and new business coordination.
Previous Experience at Essar
Before her current position, Reeja Sujoy worked at Essar as the National Head of Supply Chain and Merchandise from 2006 to 2017. During her 11-year tenure in Mumbai, she focused on supply chain strategies and merchandise management, contributing to the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Early Career at Philips and Reliance Communications
Reeja began her career at Philips as a Warehouse Executive in 2002, where she worked for 10 months in Pune, Maharashtra. Following this, she joined Reliance Communications as a Functional Manager in Warehouse Operations, serving from 2002 to 2004 in the Mumbai area. These roles provided her with foundational experience in supply chain and warehouse management.
Education and Academic Background
Reeja Sujoy holds multiple degrees from Pune University, including a Master of Management Science in Production and Material Management and a Master of Management Science in Marketing. Additionally, she earned a Diploma in Business Management from the same institution. She also completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Mahatma Gandhi University between 1998 and 2002.
Experience at Tata Group
Reeja Sujoy worked at Tata Group as the Regional Logistics Head for TATA Communications - VSNL from 2005 to 2006. In this role, she focused on logistics management and contributed to the optimization of supply chain processes within the organization.
