Noa also worked at Kenes Group, first as Director of HR from 2015 to 2017 and later as VP HR from 2018 to 2021.

Noa Menko holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College, which she completed from 2001 to 2003. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa, studying from 1994 to 1998. In addition, she has been studying Coaching at Sdot Israel since 2009, working towards certification.
