Shannon Chin currently holds the position of Director of Project Management at Blink, a role she has been in since 2019. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Shannon leads project management and operations for a cross-functional design studio. She coordinates a team of over 20 members across various domains including UX, visual design, research, strategy, engineering, and business development. Under her leadership, major projects have been executed for high-profile clients such as T-Mobile, NASA, Starbucks, and USAA.
Previous Roles in Project Management and UX
Before joining Blink, Shannon Chin served as a Senior UX Producer at REDSHIFT Digital, Inc. from 2015 to 2018 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that, she was a Senior Project Manager at AKQA from 2014 to 2015, after working as a Project Manager at the same company from 2012 to 2014. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager (Volunteer) for Obama for America in 2012 for six months and as a Digital Project Manager at Red Bricks Media from 2011 to 2012. Shannon began her career in project management as a Product/Project Manager at Echo Prospects from 2010 to 2011, following an internship with the same company.
Educational Background in Business and Management
Shannon Chin achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. During her time at Boston University, she studied Management Information Systems and Finance. Additionally, she attended The George Washington University School of Business for the Washington DC Management Internship Program and graduated from the Drew School with a High School Diploma.

Shannon started her professional journey with several internship roles. She worked at Congressman Richard Neal's office as a Congressional Intern in 2009, and served in various roles such as Marketing Intern at PropertyBridge, Accounting Intern at Hathaway Dinwiddie, and intern roles at PropertyBridge, Inc. These positions provided her with a foundation in diverse areas including marketing, accounting, and business operations.
Personal Interests and Activities
Outside of her professional life, Shannon Chin is passionate about attending shows around the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys Japanese cuisine. Additionally, she is an enthusiast of boxing, balancing her robust career in project management with active personal interests.
