Experience at Stellantis
Prior to her current role, Caitlin worked at Stellantis in Auburn Hills, Michigan. From 2018 to 2022, she served as a High Voltage Battery Pack Hardware Development & Release Engineer. Additionally, she was a Triage Engineer focusing on Active Chassis & EE Infotainment: Speakers/Amplifiers from 2017 to 2018. In these roles, she developed expertise in battery pack systems and electrical engineering.
Early Career and Internships
Earlier in her career, Caitlin held several engineering internships. She worked at Tesla in 2016 as a Vehicle Product Excellence Engineer in the Electrical Engineering Team in Fremont, California, and at John Deere in 2015 and 2014 as a Product Design Engineer and Quality Engineer respectively. Caitlin also interned at Dürr Systems, Inc. in 2013 as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Paint Systems.
Educational Background
Caitlin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, completed between 2018 and 2020. She also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where she studied from 2012 to 2016. During her time at Purdue, she worked as a Mechanical Engineering (ME 290) Grader from 2014 to 2016.
