He was a Production Brewer at Fulton Brewing Company from 2018 to 2019 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that, he spent four years as a Production Brewer at Summit Brewing Company in St. Paul, Minnesota, from 2014 to 2018. He also worked as a Production Brewer at Barrio Brewing Co. in Tucson, Arizona, for seven months between 2013 and 2014. Notably, Pete created the original recipe for Dark Infusion: Coffee Milk Stout, an annual Fall-seasonal release for Summit Brewing Company, which is the 25th largest craft brewery in the U.S.
Chemical Engineering Background
Pete Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona, which he earned after five years of study from 2008 to 2013. During his time at the University, he also gained practical experience working in various laboratories. He served as a Corrosion Engineering Lab Technician in Dr. Don Gervasio's lab and as a Water Purification Engineering Research Technician in Dr. Bob Arnold's lab. His academic background laid the foundation for his diverse engineering roles in additive manufacturing, biodiesel processing, and brewing.

Prior to his professional career, Pete Stacy attended Mounds View High School from 2004 to 2008, where he earned his High School Diploma. During his university years, he was also an active athlete, participating as an Amateur Athlete with the University of Arizona Men's Swim Team from 2008 to 2013. These early experiences helped shape his strong work ethic and technical skills, which have been integral to his diverse career in engineering and brewing.
