Nicolette is a qualified financial expert who founded and runs a successful management consulting company, acquired a digital marketing agency, has been founder/lead investor for two Artificial Intelligence (AI) tech startups, and held several leadership positions at Tech & Retail Fortune 50 companies, including Microsoft. She has a proven track record in business, partnering with exec level stakeholders across multiple areas including operational, commercial and legal teams; has a demonstrated ability to lead a business through significant transformative change, and influences decision-making in highly demanding environments. Nicolette is the Co-Founder/CEO of Prime 8 Consulting, a management consulting organization servicing large international corporations headquartered in Seattle, and focuses on business planning & operations, digital marketing, sales enablement, learning & development, and business intelligence solutions. Nicolette acquired Delightful Communications, an end-to-end digital marketing agency, in Feb 2023 to add to her portfolio of companies. Prime 8 and Delightful are women owned companies, known for their strong, diverse & inclusive culture, top class resources, client focus, and received the award for ‘Best Companies to Work For’ from Seattle Business Magazine for 8 years. She cofounded and subsequently sold Rapport, Inc, which used Natural Language Processing (NLP) & AI to determine employee health. She is board member / key investor in Blueocean.ai, a strategy-as-a-service platform for brand, content and media intelligence. Prior to co-founding Prime 8, Nicolette held several leadership positions at Microsoft focused on WW business strategy, as well as Finance Controller for one of Microsoft's Divisions. Prior to Microsoft, Nicolette held regional CFO, COO roles at Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Unisys, and Coty. Her experience included successfully managing teams through post-merger integrations, as well as the creation of an Asia-region shared services center. Nicolette's passion for education and equality has led her to serve on non-profit boards as Treasurer on the Executive Committee for both St. Thomas School, Medina, and Rainier Scholars, Seattle and as the DEI Officer on the Young President's Organization (YPO Gold Seattle) board. Nicolette received her Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting and Marketing, from Curtin University, West Australia, is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (ASCPA). Nicolette is currently enrolled in the Harvard Business School YPO Gold Executive Program.
