As a seasoned legal executive leader, I have had the opportunity to drive change and innovation across different sectors of the legal industry. As the program designer and architect for CLOC's The LIO Project and the Director of the Bloomberg Law and Fast Company award-winning legal innovation and entrepreneurship program at Richmond Law School, I have a demonstrated record of excellence in legal education and innovation. I have also honed my skills through various academic and teaching experiences, including designing and delivering the first law school class focusing solely on design thinking for legal services. In my entrepreneurial and corporate experience, I have co-founded Bold Duck Studio, a business design and management consulting agency, and have served as Chief Strategy Officer at Seyfarth LLP, one of the most innovative firms globally. My notable outcomes include the design, build, and launch of a new service model that generated 9% of the firm's overall revenue and the successful reorganization of six separate functions/divisions into a unified strategy team, among others. My entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and user-centered design approach make me a valuable asset to any legal team.
